 Shopping Notice 



📌 Pre-order items require 7-30 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for restocking, while in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once everything is available.


📌 Due to the intimate nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (except for defective items). Please consider this carefully before placing an order. 📌 Color Accuracy and Measurements: All product photos are taken to closely match the actual items. However, color may vary slightly due to different display settings. If you are very particular about color accuracy, please refrain from ordering. Sizes are measured manually, with a possible error range of 1-3cm.


📌 No Rush Orders: Orders not marked as in-stock require pre-order and restocking time. We do not accept order cancellations for reasons such as color variance, product not meeting expectations, long restocking times, or change of mind.


📌 Long Restocking Times:If some items in your order have long restocking times, and other items are already available, you can contact customer service via LINE to arrange partial shipments. We will cover the additional shipping cost.


📌 Stock Issues:If any item is out of stock, we will notify you via order message and email to arrange for a color or style change. Please check your email and order messages regularly.


📌 Automatic RefundsIf an item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, the amount will be refunded as store credit. You will be notified via order message and email.


📌 Unclaimed PackagesIf a package is returned due to non-pickup, please contact customer service to arrange a reshipment. The buyer is responsible for the additional shipping cost. Returned items are kept for 15 days. If no contact is made within this period, the order will be canceled, and no refund or reshipment will be arranged.


📌 In-store PickupFor in-store pickup orders, please follow the email and SMS notifications for pickup. Items are reserved for 15 days, after which the order will be canceled, and the items will not be held.
